Processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR (European Union) and the LGPD (Brazil). You have the right to access, rectify and delete your account.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Aureza Desenvolvimento Imobiliário LTDA (CNPJ 48.002.405/0001-95). For any question about your data, write to support@aurezaresidence.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide when creating your account and in our exchanges: first and last name, email address, phone number, country of residence, your optional consent to marketing communications, and the messages you send us. Technical data (connection, language) is also processed to run the site.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used to create and manage your account, give you access to the catalogue and your space, communicate with you, follow up on your acquisition and meet our legal obligations. The legal bases are the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract, your consent (marketing), our legitimate interest and legal obligations.
4. Sharing and processors
Your data is never sold. It is hosted and processed by our technical providers: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and authentication), and where applicable an email-sending service. These providers act only on our instructions.
5. International transfers
As our providers may be located outside your country of residence, your data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR and the LGPD.
6. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active, then for the period needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to support@aurezaresidence.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority (the CNIL in the European Union, the ANPD in Brazil).
8. Cookies
The site uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (authentication session, language preference). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
9. Security and changes
We implement appropriate technical measures (encryption of communications, isolation of data access). This policy may be updated; the last-updated date appears below.
